STAG-4 Q-BOX BASIC is the first of our new-generation controllers for sequential autogas injection in vehicles powered by four-cylinder engines with multiple fuel injection.
The unit design is based on a modern, high-performance 32-bit microprocessor enabling very precise control of autogas feeding, rapid response to varying engine parameters and measurement of petrol injection time.
The hardware platform offers a range of useful functions, including the possibility of change (to) the injection sequence, support for wireless Bluetooth communication and reading of engine rpm on the basis of petrol injection signals. The design allows for the addition of new functions and extensions of the QBOX series.
The compact, light and robust housing with its ergonomic arrangement of functional elements allows faster and easier wiring up as well as installation in any position within the engine compartment. The high-quality plastic material used for the housing has been examined as required, with the use of mechanical strength, climatic and thermal shock tests. It demonstrates a high resistance to applied forces and weather conditions. A housing base plate made of stainless steel guarantees a high corrosion resistance and emphasizes the unique look of the housing.



STAG 400 DPI is produced based on the latest technology and top-quality electronic components and is equipped with innovative software featuring a number of functions, which makes STAG 400 DPI the most advanced and best for the direct petrol injections engines today. STAG 400 DPI is safe for the engine as well as petrol injectors which is backed by the long distance road tests conducted by the Testing and Certifi cation Laboratory.

STAG - 300 ISA2

The system ISA2 is the ideal controller for your car. The microprocessor Sequential Gas Injection Controller STAG-300 ISA2 has evolved from the tried, tested and reliable system STAG-300 Plus. The controller has been upgraded by used with the second generation Smart Self-Adaptation System ISA2. The main task of the ISA2 System is the continuous and automatic modification of the gas maps as a function of the engine's rotational speed. After turning the "Self-Adaptation" option on, the collection of petrol map points takes place. Sound signals inform the driver whether or not the map has been collected properly. After the petrol maps have been created, the ISA2 system automatically switches the controller over to gas. From then on, the self-adaptation is done by continuously comparing the operation of the engine for definite parameters (load and rotational speed) with the previously collected master petrol map of gas. Owing to an innovative solution, ISA 2 System provides a more accurate calculation of the dose of gas supplied to the intake manifold of the petrol engine. Additional advantages The controller is equipped with an advanced software. The device also allows the manual adjustment of operating parameters based on the gas temperature and the PRMs. In addition, an option of serving Wankel rotary piston engines has been implemented in the controller as well as the ability to read out the engine RPM signal from the camshaft sensor. The software also has the function of releasing the gas pressure during the cut-off and a gas injector warm-up option. Additional controller software means that the cars with a system based on the STAG-300 ISA2 controller meet Euro 5 exhaust emission standards. The advanced technology and the top quality of the product ensure the reliability of STAG-300 ISA2. New functions of the controller 1. Smart Self-Adaptation System ISA 2 (automatic modification of the gas map as a function of engine rotational speed). 2. Correction of reducer pressure at cut-off. 3. Injector warm-up at reducer temperatures = 10deg C. 4. Monitoring of gas injector warm-up (minimization of the occurrence of the engine ECU error - "check engine"). 5. Capability to serve Wankel rotary piston engines. 6. Capability to pick up RPM signals from the camshaft position sensor. 7. Extended gas injector (HANA 2000) and gas temperature sensor (REG, RAIL, SL) selection list. 8. Additional sound signal informing of the engine start in the emergency mode. 9. Capability to set a maximum number of emergency starts. Application The controller is designed for all cars with petrol engines with 1 to 8 cylinders, including a Valvetronic throttle less intake system (used e.g. in BMW engines), turbo, full group and sequential and semi-sequential petrol injection. The controller is also capable of serving Wankel rotary piston engines. The petrol injection emulator embedded in the controller is terminated with a Europe/Bosch type connection. STAG-300 Premium is a new generation controller equipped with Smart Autocorrecting System - SAS SAS - Smart Autocorrecting System constantly monitors short and long term STFT and LTFT corrections. STAG-300 Premium easily communicates with all OBD II and EOBD auto systems (not only CAN) by the STAG-OBD ADAPTER which aside from standard parameters enables the read out of your vehicle's ECU corrections.

The technology applied in the STAG-300 Premium assures very precise fuel dosage and optimal fuel mixture injected into the cylinders. The contents of the mixture are configured not only based on the petrol injection timing as it is in other controllers, but are precisely adapted to current petrol ECU corrections while driving on gas (not only during the calibration) - more... We are direct importers of AC STAG LPG kits - one of the best in the world. Thanks to our long standing relationship with the manufacturers and the large numbers of kits purchased on a regular basis we enjoy unprecedented levels of support and influence in the manufacturing and design of these kits. We import directly from the factory using our own dedicated transport.

No other LPG installing company in UK buys such large amounts of LPG equipment, no other company enjoys such support from the manufacturers.

So what happens when you bring your vehicle to Profess LPG LTD?


1We inspect the vehicle and discuss your requirements - positioning of the tank and its size and shape, positioning of the switch and fuelling point which we can make as discrete as you want it to be as long as it is safe to do so


2We fit protective covers over the seats - just to make sure it all stays clean



3You get the keys to our FREE courtesy car



4Every car is different, even the same models can have different equipment which means different electrical layouts - as we convert many cars there are not many electrical layouts we have not yet seen



51 technician starts the mechanical installation and 1 or 2 start the electronics installations, every completed step is inspected by a supervisor to ensure safety and quality standards are maintained and no decision is made by one technician alone - we work as a team


6Final assembly - we run copper pipe next to the brake lines from the LPG tank to connect it to the engine, at this stage all components are connected and another quality check is performed



7Once the final check is completed we begin initial tests and set up, once those are completed we calibrate and map the new LPG ECU and once the car is ready we take it for a road test - usually no longer than 30 miles



8After the road test we re-calibrate the ECU if it is required and ask the customer to take the car for a road test



9We show you how to safely refuel your car



10Once that is completed we shake hands and send another happy customer home

LPG Install Guidance

Our guidance on the necessity to remove the inlet manifold during the LPG install


In line with recommendations by vehicle manufacturers and LPG Conversion Kits manufacturers it is not advised to remove the manifold especially on new cars. In most cases this can cause more problems than benefits.

Instead we either pressurise or use cutting edge suction technology which not only captures any debris that may result from drilling but it also means the manifold stays on and there's no risk for future leaks from the gasket. On some vehicles it is necessary to remove the manifold - if this is the case we will inform you.

If required the manifold is removed and reinstalled by our specially trained member of staff to minimise the risk of any future leaks.
